Is a big boned, good looking, black and white male. He was an open winning trial dog before being imported from Wales in 2003. Sold for a trial dog.

Ben was a little over 2 years old when he was brought over. He had won and placed in a number of trials in Wales and had points for the Welsh National.

 

Ben is a big strong dog that doesn’t have any trouble moving his sheep. He seems to be a great line dog as all I have to do is say there, there and he is more than happy to hold “the line.” I find his flanks a little wide and will work on flanking with him in a little more in contact. He’s a good listener and tries to figure out what you are asking of him.
